Work at the Meridian. At the Meridian we are generally always looking to fill positions or once team members have moved on. All levels of kitchen team required from dishwashers and Kps, Larder to Sous chefs as well as all levels of FOH team too, baristas, floor staff, cocktail shakers and pint pourers. Our hours of opening differ at each venue but are 8am – open and some close 12 midnight, so some nights, weekends and early mornings.
